In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, at the gateway to Périgord, Le Jardin de Marsy is housed in the former barn of a 19th-century farmhouse, lovingly restored by Christelle and Michaël. Opening onto the countryside, the gîte will win you over with its peace and quiet, just a stone's throw from shops and amenities.
The ground floor comprises a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, lit by high glass windows. Two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and WCs, including one accessible to people with disabilities, shared laundry room and WC.

Outside, 2 terraces with garden furniture and lounge, barbecue and plancha. Heated saltwater swimming pool (May to September) with automatic cover. SPA, petanque area, swing, table tennis. Indoor parking.
