The cuisine: since 12 April 2019, your chef Anaïs Teynié, and your pastry chef Julien Auroux, at the Table de l'Europe, have been creating a cuisine of essentials that takes care to preserve the true flavour of fresh, local produce right through to the plate. The carte: a multi-ingredient meal, in perfect harmony with the chef's philosophy by focusing exclusively on the products. A shorter initial composition, in a format suited to lunchtime: the Prélude menu; followed by a range of options from the 3 or 4-course Signature menu to the 5-course Discovery menu, as well as the 7-course Carte Blanche tasting menu.
