The cuisine: since 12 April 2019, your chef Anaïs Teynié, and your pastry chef Julien Auroux, at the Table de l'Europe, have been creating a cuisine of essentials that takes care to preserve the true flavour of fresh, local produce right through to the plate. Each dish reveals the authenticity of the product around which it is built. A unique culinary experience combining traditional and contemporary flavours....
The carte: a multi-ingredient meal, in perfect harmony with the chef's philosophy by focusing exclusively on the products. A shorter initial composition, in a format suited to lunchtime: the Prélude menu; followed by a range of options from the 3 or 4-course Signature menu to the 5-course Discovery menu, as well as the 7-course Carte Blanche tasting menu.
