Surrounded by hazel trees and woods, you're in the perfect spot to enjoy the peace and quiet with family or friends. The house is not overlooked, just nature and our beautiful rolling countryside.
You'll enjoy a large wooded park with a private heated swimming pool, and can relax on the shady or sunny outdoor terraces, equipped with deckchairs, tables, chairs, summer kitchen, plancha, BBQ, petanque area and table tennis. All the essentials to enjoy a great summer's day.
It's an ideal starting point if you want to discover the architectural, cultural and culinary wonders of Lot-et-Garonne and the neighbouring areas of Lot and Dordogne.
